What is your delivery time?

For most standard labels, we offer next working-day delivery before 1pm. However, some specialist labels and tags may take a little longer. If you’re on a tight deadline, call us on 01702 465 286 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm) to discuss your options. We aim to be as flexible as possible and can arrange Saturday deliveries, 9am deliveries, and same-day couriers where required.

Can you supply custom sizes and shapes?

Of course! We offer a variety of stock sizes, but if you have a specific requirement, we can supply custom sizes and shapes to meet your needs. Just get in touch with us to discuss your project.

Do you deliver to international addresses?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. We have many international customers and would love for you to join them! Please get in touch for international shipping details.

Can you split my job into multiple locations for me?

Yes, we are experienced with splitting jobs across multiple locations, whether domestic or international. We also handle all necessary paperwork with couriers to ensure smooth delivery.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Can we supply our own artwork, or do you handle the design?

Our design team will produce your design free-of-charge based on your specifications. If you already have your own artwork, feel free to email it to us and we’ll print it exactly as provided.

Can I change a design you have sent me?

Absolutely! If you haven’t already approved the artwork or we haven’t started production, we can quickly make any necessary changes to ensure you’re happy with the final design.

I only need a very small quantity. Can you cater for this?

Yes, we can accommodate smaller quantities. There will be setup and material costs that can affect the unit price, but as your order volume increases, the per-unit cost will decrease. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
